Q: How does one get to the Infiniti live-aboard?image

Take a flight to “Port Blair” airport in India. There are several good flights arriving every day, connecting through from Chennai or Kolkata in mainland India.

Any flight that gets in by 230 PM on the day of departure of the trip is fine – most flights are fine. We will meet you at the airport and bring you to the Infiniti docked about 20 minutes away.

For departure – any flight leaving at 10 am or later from Port Blair is fine. We will arrange for your transfer from the Infiniti to the airport.

In general, air connectivity is good, flights arrive on schedule, no long bus or car journeys are involved.

Q: What travel documents are required for foreigners?image

Andaman Islands belong to the country India. A visa to India is required.

eVisa on arrival is available (at key mainland India airports) for visitors from many countries (https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/tvoa.html)

Traveller should have a passport validity date of at least six months from arrival into India.

Andaman Islands are a “restricted area” and foreigners require a “Restricted Area Permit” to visit here, for security reasons. It is easily available by filling a form on arrival at Port Blair airport, and allows a stay of upto 30 days, extendable by another 15 days.

 All quite straightforward!

Q: What is an Infiniti trip like?image

An Infiniti trip is a treat of diving & bliss in the pristine Andaman Islands. The Infiniti is a live-aboard vessel - a superyacht that you can live on very comfortably for a few days; and with it we do live-aboard scuba diving trips all over the Andaman Islands, from the pretty southern spots to the far away volcanic islands of Barren & Narcondam, and the popular spots of Havelock & Neil too; diving at the best dive sites everywhere.

On a trip, we will take you island-hopping to several pretty islands, diving three dives a day, sometimes a night dive too, relaxing onboard, sunbathing on the huge sundeck, being pampered by food & drink all day. Our trips are fully catered & hosted & guided by experts.

The Infiniti is the only live-aboard operating in the vast area of the Andaman Islands, and the experience is exclusive like no other - especially as we limit onboard group size to just 12, even on peak season dates. The vast distances that the infiniti covers gives you such a variety of diving that one can't help but wonder how much is left unexplored. The fact that Infiniti goes where no one else goes or has gone before makes every sailing feel like an expedition. The size of rooms, the food, service and overall comfort makes it feel like a luxury hotel.

The experience with the crew is all personal and everyone feels like part of the family; the numerous repeat guests speak for themselves.

All in all it makes for a fantastic holiday, No matter what level of diver as there are many different places we visit specifically for the kind of dive experience you require.

Q: What is the onboard team?image

We have a highly qualified onboard team & we comply to strict safety & manning rules of the Merchant Shipping act of India. There are three main operational verticals: shipping, diving & hospitality with dedicated teams for each vertical. Dive leaders are experienced PADI divemasters,  instructors and naturalists. Operational safety, guest comfort & superior diving are the top priorities. English is very well spoken onboard. We aim to be an educationally aware dive travel vessel.

Q: How about onboard dining?image

A dedicated chef & his assistant whip up delicious & nutritious meals all day and serve them in the dining area. The kitchen team specializes in delectable cuisine from all over India, and some continental fare is also prepared. A good vegetarian option is always available & we try to meet personal dietary preferences too.

Fresh fruits, tea, coffee, bread, cereal, juices, water are available all day. Our evening "Barbecue Under The Stars" is also very popular.
